We are sorry for your experience and we've replied to your email, but have not heard back. Your package is in transit, but delayed.
Please keep in mind, USPS is paid to deliver orders and any delays that occur is on their end. We do not have any control over the delivery process and the updates we receive are the same as our customers. We understand these things can be extremely frustrating and we share that frustration. Just as customers expect to receive what they paid for, we expect those packages to arrive in a safe and timely manner.
What we can control are taking steps to rectify the issue. In our email reply to you we did outline the steps we are taking and this includes filing a claim with USPS. A link was sent which you, as the recipient, needs to verify for the claim to process. If you've not received our emails, please check your SPAM or PROMO folders in case they went there by mistake.
Once that is processed by USPS, we can either issue you a full-refund or have a replacement order sent.
