When you place an order online, one of the most important things for any customer is... well of course making sure it arrives! Ensuring that it does is just as important to us as it is to you!
BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
The single, most common reason a package isn't delivered is either forgetting to put an Apartment / Unit # or entering an old address.
- Please be sure to include any Apt or Unit # if applicable
- Please be sure the address entered is current and not an old address from Auto-Fill
I SUBMITTED MY ORDER WITH THE WRONG INFORMATION
Make sure to contact us right away with the updated or missing information! Once an order is shipped out, we are not able to make any changes or stop it. We do not offer refunds on shipping for orders with an incorrect address.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER
As much as we wish we could deliver your order ourselves, we use USPS. Once they take control of a package, all delivery logistics are handled by them and we unfortunately aren't able to provide any additional information than what is listed in the tracking details link.
Delays can happen on occasion, be it due to weather, transportation issues, etc..
The biggest reason for package delays are incorrect status scans. Sometimes a courier or USPS facility will scan a package as 'delivered' when it's actually still in transit.
While not ideal, we do always kindly and respectfully ask if you could allow a few extra days for delivery to account for unforeseen issues.
MY ORDER WAS MARKED AS 'DELIVERED', BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING
These situations unfortunately do occur with USPS. The reasons can range from a package being placed in the wrong mailbox to being stolen.
We do NOT offer refunds or reshipment in these instances for 2 reasons
First, USPS is paid to provide a delivery service. Issues with delivery are not things we have any control over and we are not provided with any additional information from what is listed on the tracking details.
Once a package is marked as 'delivered' the service is considered complete. Payment for that service is rendered to USPS and they do not offer refunds.
Second, there have been instances of fraudulent behavior where a customer will indicate they've not received a package despite being marked as 'delivered' in an attempt to have an additional, free order sent to to them at no cost.
If you receive an order that is incorrect or missing items, we will of course take care of that for you. If your order is NOT marked as 'delivered', we will of course take care of that for you.
If you order is marked as 'delivered', but you've not received it, you will need to contact your local Post Office to have the matter resolved.
