Due to the COVID19 pandemic, please expect delays in receiving your order!

Because of COVID, the amount of online orders in general have increased significantly. In addition, we've been told USPS is short staffed due to both COVID infections and/or precautionary stay-at-home leaves of absence. In addition to the Holiday season, this means more mail and less workers. USPS has issued an alert regarding this which can be viewed on their website: https://www.usps.com/

These are unprecedented times, but we are committed to doing everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 


WHERE MY ORDER AT!?

We take tremendous pride in doing all we can to ensure our customers get their orders as quickly as possible. Orders are packed and mailed out for delivery either the same day or the next business day. However, once an order is picked up by USPS, we have no control over the delivery process. We receive the same tracking information as our customers and we cannot speed up a delivery. If we could teleport an order directly to you, we'd do it in heart beat! Unfortunately that technology isn't available yet and we, just as you, are at the mercy of the courier system.

 


WHAT DO THE TRACKING UPDATES MEAN?

To help understand the various tracking status updates of your order, we've put together a little guide which hopefully helps to make things easier to understand. We of course and always happy to hear from you or help you with any questions you may have!

STATUS: PRE-SHIPMENT

This means a shipping label has been created, but the order has not yet been scanned or picked-up by USPS. If your tracking information remains in this status for more than 3 BUSINESS DAYS, please contact us immediately. It means your order has not been processed and this is 100% our error.

STATUS: IN TRANSIT BUT NO UPDATES PAST A CERTAIN DATE

This means your order is being delayed. When a package is mailed out through USPS, it rarely goes from Point A to Point B. It may make 2-3 stops along it's way to you and each stop is processed by a sorting facility. Depending on the logistics of each facility (available staff, mail volume, etc), delays may occur. 99% of the time, your order is still on it's way, but will take longer than expected. We unfortunately have no control over this as we do not work for USPS.

STATUS: DELIVERED (BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER)

This usually happens because of one of two reasons.

  • 1) Your order was delivered to the wrong address by the USPS courier by mistake. Normally when this happens, your order will be re-routed to you within 2-5 days.
  • 2) Your package was scanned as 'DELIVERED' but not physically delivered yet. This sounds really odd, but it actually happens quite a bit. In this case your order will usually show up in 2-3 days.

In about 95% of cases, one of these two causes apply to the situation and your order will show up in a few days.
